Vehicle strikes pedestrian

Victim flown to Neenah hospital Sunday

A 60-year-old Clintonville man was struck by a vehicle around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22,

The man was walking south on the lawn in front of Econo Foods on South Main Street in Clintonville when he turned and crossed the road without looking, according to a press release from the Clintonville police.

A 32-year-old Neenah man who was driving south on Main Street hit the pedestrian.

The pedestrian suffered severe injuries. Clintonville Area Ambulance transported him to ThedaCare–New London, then ThedaStar flew him to ThedaCare-Neenah for treatment.

The Wisconsin State Patrol responded to Clintonville for crash reconstruction.

The crash remains under investigation.
