Stop Washington from going the way of Greece

Wisconsin showed it was not stupid enough to become another California when, in 2010, and again in June, it elected Gov. Scott Walker.

In California, unemployment stands at 11 percent, and the annual deficit runs $16 billion.

Liberals run California, and they are running it into the ground.

Republicans are only 30 percent of the electorate.

For the last few years, the population of California has been going down, because of onerous taxes and regulations.

Californians with money are moving to other states at a rate of 2,000 per week.

We only need to look to Illinois to find another example of progressives running a state into financial ruin.

Last year, the Brain Trust in Illinois decided the solution to the mess they created was massive tax hikes.

Now people and businesses are leaving Illinois, many coming to Wisconsin.

Welcome.

Paul Ryan, a Wisconsin son, offers the only plan to get the federal budget back to solid ground.

Obama and the Democrats offer only more spending and more debt.

Romney offers a plan to save our Medicare. Obamacare will destroy Medicare by stealing $716 billion from it.

We need common sense budgets in Washington before it’s too late, because when interest rates go back up to normal it will be too late to save the programs for seniors.

Obama plans to have Medicare eaten up by Obamacare.

Care will be rationed. The I.P.A.B. Panel will decide when seniors are too old to deserve treatment.

We must save Medicare.

We need to send Tommy Thompson to the U.S. Senate to help save seniors from Obamacare and prevent the United States from going the way of California and Greece.

This election is probably our last chance.
