State Highway 110 at County Trunk X near Weyauwega is closed following an accident shortly before 6 a.m. Monday, July 25.
Two semis collided there, and the impact resulted in one of them hitting the control building for the railroad signals there.
As a result, the arms and lights at that railroad crossing are currently not working.
Officials are discussing how to handle that situation.
The Waupaca County Sheriff Office says the alternate southbound route for motorists is west on County Trunk AA to Haire Road, west to Reek Road, south to U.S. Highway 10, east back to State 110.
The alternate route for northbound traffic is the opposite, the department said.
