Teams based on finish at CWC meet

Nine area cross country runners have been named to the Central Wisconsin Conference’s first or second all-conference teams.
The teams are based on the runners’ finish Oct. 13 at the conference meet in Bonduel.
First-teamers include Iola-Scandinavia senior Leighten Fischer, juniors Erika Kisting and Joe Makovic and sophomore Jada Beacom; and Amherst junior Cole McKenzie and sophomore Adam Wise.
Runners named to the second team include Weyauwega-Fremont sophomore Duane Brazil; Iola-Scandinavia sophomore Erik Kriewaldt; and Amherst junior Sawyer Eiden.
