• Oct. 13 –Michels Corporation reported they had a GPS location of an air compressor unit that was stolen at 5:20 a.m. from a jobsite. It was now at the corner of Shakey Lake and School Roads.
• Oct. 14 – A Marion woman on Bertram Street reported her roommate tried to rape her three times.
• Oct. 14 – A Clintonville man on Rindt Road reported his neighbor was flying a drone over his house and property last night. He said he will shoot down the drone the next time it happens.
• Oct. 14 – The Wisconsin Veterans Home reported one resident rammed his walker into another member.
• Oct. 14 – A Bear Creek woman on State Highway 45 reported a semi truck struck the awning on her building.
• Oct. 14 – A Waupaca woman on Tammy Trail reported her brother-n-law was at the barn and “throwing items all over.”
• Oct. 15 – An Iola man on Johnson Road reported his .45-caliber semiautomatic pistol was stolen.
• Oct. 15 – A New London man on Burns Road reported two suspicious people walking in the woods with flashlights.
• Oct. 15 – Kwik Trip on County Trunk QQ in Waupaca reported a fuel drive-off valued at $403. It was a white pickup with a long flatbed trailer.
• Oct. 16 – Wetys Recovery reported they were repossessing a 2019 GMC Arcadia.
• Oct. 16 –An Iola woman on County Trunk P reported domestic abuse from a person with an existing restraining order.
• Oct. 16 – A Weyauwega woman on Mary Street reported an extremely intoxicated man getting into his pickup truck.
• Oct. 17 – A Waupaca woman on Lamplighter Lane requested help with evicting their son.
• Oct. 17 – A Clintonville man on Motor Street reported his storage unit was broken into his car inside was “ransacked.”
• Oct. 17 – An Ogdensburg man on County Trunk OO reported a suspicious man showed up at their house.
• Oct. 17 – A Waupaca woman on Royalton Street reported a man was passed out on a retaining wall.
• Oct. 18 – A Waupaca man on Bunker Road reported a suspicious man with binoculars staring at girls outside of a residence.
• Oct. 18 – A Waupaca woman on Blackberry Trail reported a suspicious man running into traffic and trying to get vehicles to stop for him.
• Oct. 18 – A Marion woman on Main Street reported a juvenile runaway.
• Oct. 18 – A man “disassociated from reality” approached a deputy at the sheriff’s office and said he was performing stem cell research and his mother was on drugs.
• Oct. 18 – A Waupaca woman on Birch Lane reported a red sedan was parked in her yard since the day before.
• Oct. 18 – Crisis Response reported they were talking to a suicidal male that had chest pain and was saying he was going to jump off a bridge.
• Oct. 19 – A Waupaca woman on Spencer Lake Road reported her camera and phone were hacked.
• Oct. 19 – A North Carolina woman reported she received a text message from her suicidal nephew: “Today is the day. I’m done. Goodbye. I love you.” She said he was just released from a mental hospital in Neenah two weeks ago.
• Oct. 19 – A Clintonville woman on 12th Street reported a suspicious person drove a Trailblazer into a parking lot and took off running through some yards.
• Oct. 19 – A Waupaca woman on Cleghorn Road reported she was in her room with the door locked and yelling at an intoxicated man.
• Oct. 19 – A Waupaca man on Nancy Lane reported a black Toyota was parked on the lane and through the owners might be hunting on private property without permission.
• Oct. 19 – ThedaCare New London reported a man fired a 9mm handgun and the bullet ricocheted off the target and hit him in the face.
• There were 16 deer-related calls during this period. Five controlled burns were called in. A Marion man reported a black-and-white husky was running in traffic. An unknown caller reported a dog bite and was missing a finger and was applying direct pressure to the wound. A caller reported a loose horse in the ditch and thought it might belong to an Amish family on Hansen Road. An Iola man on State Highway 49 reported a “white horse showed up at his house.”
