• Jan. 26 – A Bear Creek woman on Blueberry Road reported a possible fraud involving a deceased person.
• Jan. 26 – St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Manawa requested a welfare check on a child that described being spanked and bruised in a writing assignment.
• Jan. 26 – A New London woman on Ebert Road reported her son was stealing money, had a drinking problem, had mental issues and said he would do “suicide by cop” if they called the police.
• Jan. 26 – An Iola woman on Iola Street reported people were smoking meth at an address she provided.
• Jan. 27 – Groth Fmaily Farms reported trespassing and it was confirmed by two DNR wardens.
• Jan. 27 – A female caller reported her mailbox and her neighbor’s mailbox were riddled with bullet holes.
• Jan. 27 – A female caller reported a suspicious white Chevy Silverado crept up on her property and shined its lights over her property.
• Jan. 27 – An unknown caller reported the death of an 80-year-old man with blood on his face.
• Jan. 28 – ThedaCare in Waupaca requested a welfare check on man that was off his medication and in a state of psychosis.
• Jan. 28 – An Appleton man reported a female overdosed on fentanyl and he used Narcan to revive her.
• Jan. 28 – An Iola woman on State Highway 161 reported her juvenile child was dating a 21-year-old man from Louisiana and they exchanged sexually explicit photos through Snapchat.
• Jan. 28 – An Iola man on Kenwood Drive reported a driver in a pickup truck stopped in the roadway and fired a gun.
• Jan. 28 – Nationwide Recovery reported they were repossessing a 2023 KIA Stinger.
• Jan. 28 – An anonymous caller reported a coworker told her she has 40 dogs chained outside with no shelter and no money to feed the dogs. She said she lived in a camper with no running water.
• Jan. 29 – An Iola woman on Nelson Road reported the death of a man that has surgery a week ago.
• Jan. 29 – A New London man on State Highway 54 reported a woman placed surveillance devices in his home.
• Jan. 29 – A Fremont woman on Waupaca Street reported she thought someone was going to start a fire in her home and she also heard some voices.
• Jan. 30 – A Waupaca woman on Park View Way reported the death of a 73-year-old man that fought leukemia.
• Jan. 20 – A 911 caller reported a barn fire near Fuhs and Bridge Roads.
• Jan. 30 – A Weyauwega man on County Trunk F reported a man was flying drones over his property and he also found footprints of someone trespassing on his property.
• Jan. 30 – Dollar General in Fremont reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.
• Jan. 30 – A Weyauwega man on East Street reported his neighbor was blasting loud music for several hours.
• Jan. 31 – A Iola woman on Moen Road reported the lights were on in a home of an owner that died recently. Nobody was supposed to be there. The power was shut off and no vehicle was present.
• Jan. 31 – Kwik Trip in Clintonville reported a disorderly situation where two vehicles pulled up and the drivers immediately started arguing with each other.
• Jan. 31 – A Weyauwega man on County Trunk F reported he wanted a tenant removed for harassment and verbal abuse.
• Jan. 31 – A Manawa woman on Butternut Road reported a juvenile runaway.
• Jan. 31 – A Manawa man on Spring Creek Road reported his child called him and said there was a man in the yard and peeking in windows. The caller went home and saw a gray truck with a driver wearing a black jacket and a black hat pull away.
• Jan. 31 – A New London woman on Bear Lake Road reported a pile of branches on fire with no one around.
• Feb. 1 – A Waupaca woman on Birchwood Drive reported a snowmobile smashed into her dock and damaged it.
• Feb. 1 – A Fremont man on Lake Street reported his half-ton 2004 Chevy Silverado was missing. It was in his driveway the night before and he still had the keys.
• Feb. 1 – Ramada Grand Seasons reported a suspicious man in the lobby pacing back and forth mumbling to himself and does not have a room there.
• There were 25 deer-related calls during this period, including one deer that got stuck underneath a Mazda hatchback. Ten controlled burns were called in. A Manawa woman reported a dog that had a penchant for running out in front of a school bus. A Clintonville woman reported a pit bull running loose near Dollar General.
