Posted

Nancy P. Fraedrich (nee Pitt), age 87 years, of West Bend, formerly of Weyauwega, was called home to be with the Lord on September 10, 2024 at Kettle Moraine Gardens in Kewaskum.

Nancy was born on April 1, 1937 to Horace and Nelda Pitt (nee Sommer). She was united in marriage to Lester C. Fraedrich on October 5, 1956. Nancy adored Lester’s vibrant personality, his hearty laugh and commanding voice, and his deep-rooted connection to the beautiful farm where he had spent his entire life.

Nancy graduated from Waupaca High School in 1955 and soon after started working as an administrative assistant at Kimberly Clark, where she dedicated nearly 40 years of her career before retiring. She had a passion for singing, knitting, solving puzzles, crafting, reading, and caring for her cats. Nancy was especially skilled at making beautiful, handcrafted gifts for her family and friends. She devoted the last 21 years to lovingly supporting her two grandchildren, taking great joy in watching them grow into adulthood.

Those Nancy leaves behind to cherish her memory include her beautiful daughter, Melissa (Mark Serdan) Fraedrich-Serdan; and her two amazing grandchildren, Megan and Mitchell Serdan. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Lester C. Fraedrich; and her siblings, Margaret (Earl) Mork and Charles (Margaret) Pitt.
