Mary Rose Minton, age 89 of Waupaca, WI passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026 with her loving family by her side. Mary was born on July 4, 1937; daughter of the late Benajmin and Della Ullman in Deerbrook, WI. She grew up in Antigo, WI; where she went to school at Blue Bell. Mary was a CNA for Bethany Nursing Home in Waupaca. She enjoyed family holiday get togethers, knitting, crafts, traveling, puzzles and cooking unique recipes.
Mary is survived by her children Patty (Scott) Reinhold, Dawn Jacobs, Terri Yohr, Kevin Jacobs, Michelle Minton, grandchildren Chris Morgan, Shawna Steder, Jillian (James) Lueck, Johann Bussian, Jon Decker, Anthony (Kayla) Masaros, Leah (Derek) Wynboom, Wade (Sarah) Yohr, Tyler Jacobs, Brooklyn Butzin, nine great-grandchildren, step-children Jerome Minton, Jacqueline Scott, Joel (Virginia) Minton, Janice (David) Pinsoneault; eight step-grandchildren; 15 step-great-grandchildren; siblings Franklin (Gail) Ullman, Clara Roseborough, Edith Laridean, Bridget Berg, Donald (Laurie) Ullman; also many other relatives and friends.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Raymond Jacobs, second husband Dr. Lloyd Minton, grandson Jason Jacobs-Hill, great-grandchild Dakari Morgan, step-grandchild April Pinsoneault, stepson James Minton, siblings Grace, Julius, Charlie, Frances, Betty, Gust, Marjorie, Susie, Jim, David and Jerry.
Funeral Services were held at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Visitation was held from 10:30 AM until time of services at Noon. Burial followed at Lind Center Cemetery.
