Olive Garden comes to Plover

PLOVER — Olive Garden submitted applications in Dec. 2025 to purchase Plover-owned property. They submitted an application to purchase just over two acres of seventeen vacant acres owned by the Village of Plover. The Village Board has since approved the purchase and sale agreement to sell the land that the future Italian restaurant could reside on.
The proposed restaurant would be 6,570 square feet with 135 parking stalls.
Located in Crossroads Commons, Olive Garden would be built along Interstate 39 by Best Buy and the Dollar Tree, located at 1143 Commons Circle. Construction on Olive Garden is estimated to begin in spring of 2026.
