Kenneth J. Peeters, age 79 of the Town of Deer Creek, Outagamie County passed away Wednesday afternoon, January 24, 2024 at St. Joseph Residence in New London.

Kenneth was born on November 19, 1944 as the 3rd son of the late Walter and Vaiden (Stilen) Peeters. He grew up on a farm outside of Bear Creek. Kenneth may have only completed the 8th grade but he became an incredible engineer; doing all of his work old school with a paper and a pencil. He worked for Steinberg / H&S Manufacturing for 50 plus years in their engineering department and held over 20 patents in his name. One of Kenneth’s favorite pastimes was chunkin’ pumpkins and cabbage. To him, everyone was family and he was like a bonus dad to all of his childrens’ friends and to his nieces and nephews.

He was an awesome dad to his 7 children: Brian Peeters, Wendall (Stephanie) Peeters, Tammy (Steve) Kluth, Lona (Rick) Blackburn, Kenny (Tara) Peeters, Chad (Fiance Jeni Schneider) Peeters, & Shannon Peeters.
Best “Papa” to Dominic, Dustin (Kassie), Tiffany, Cody (Hattie), Connor, Colton, Katelyn (Tor), Madelyn, Dylan, Zachary, Kaleb, Nathanial, Brooklyn, Makena, Shelby, Jaxson, and Junior.
He was also “Grandpa the Great” to 7 and one more on the way.
Brothers-in-law and Sisters-in-law: Roger & Bonnie, Jim & Sonja, Donald & Patricia, Willis, Bob, Larry & Vickie, and Carol Prellwitz, and by Myrna & Phil Sasman, and Londa & Randy Phillips.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents Walter & Vaiden, in-laws Willis & Myrtle Prellwitz, brothers Bernard, Raymond, Harold (Donna), a sister Ann, daughter Mary Jennifer “Jenny”, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Chester Prellwitz, Leo (Donna) Mohnen, and Beth Prellwitz.

A memorial service will be held for Kenneth on Tuesday January 30, 2024 at 12:30pm at the Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory South Location (299 S. Main Street, Clintonville) with Fr. Timothy Shillcox O. Praem officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 9:30am until the time of the service.
