Convictions, sentencings and dismissals from Waupaca County felony cases:

• Judge Troy Nielsen sentenced Zacharry Z. Edwards, 19, Appleton, to eight years in prison and eight years of extended supervision.

Edwards was convicted of arson and burglary.

Seven misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property were dismissed but read into the record for sentencing purposes.

Edwards and Hunter B. Hohn, 19, Marion, were charged following the fire that engulfed the Advanced Home Technologies warehouse in Clintonville on Aug. 3, 2018.

Nielson assessed Edwards $1,056 in court costs. Restitution has not been determined yet.

The judge gave Edwards 265 days credit on his sentence for time served while on a $20,000 cash bond.

Hohn is in custody on a $20,000 cash bond while his Waupaca County case remains unresolved.

Earlier this year, Shawano County revoked his probation on a burglary conviction and sentenced Hohn to 2 1/2 years in prison.

• Judge Raymond Huber sentenced Erica R. Ducommun, 34, Taycheedah Correctional, to three years in prison and three years of extended supervision.

Ducommun entered a no contest plea to a felony charge of possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver.

Charges of maintaining a drug house and felony bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record.

Investigators intercepted a package mailed from California to Ducommun’s home. The package contained one-half pound of meth.

The cases two others charged in the incident, Ducommun’s mother, Bonnie Piskorski, 56, and her boyfriend, LeeRoy R. Blank, 37, remain open.

Ducommun is currently serving a five-year prison sentence following a conviction for possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver.

• Judge Vicki Clussman sentenced Nathan Lee Kobs, 30, Oshkosh Correctional, to three years in prison and five years of extended supervision.

Kobs entered guilty pleas to charges of armed burglary and burglary as party to a crime.

As part of a plea agreement, three counts of theft and one more count of burglary were dismissed but read into the record.

Clussman also ordered Kobs to pay $2,004 in court costs and restitution.

The case against Brandon Ehlke, 23, Weyauwega, who was also charged for the same burglaries, remains open.

Kobs is currently serving two years in prison for convictions of felon in possession of a firearm and a second OWI in Shawano County.

• Clussman revoked probation for Cody R. Thompson, 27, New London, and sentenced him to 18 months in prison and 18 months of extended supervision.

Thompson was convicted of felony bail jumping and criminal damage to property last year.

• Nielsen placed Brandy N. Krueger, 34, Appleton, on two years of probation.

Krueger entered guilty pleas to possession of methamphetamine and a second OWI.

Conditions of Krueger’s probation include 10 days in jail, revocation of her license for 12 months and $1,989 in fines and court costs. She must also fully participate in any counseling deemed appropriate by her probation agent.

• Nielsen placed Sholawna M. Gunter, 39, Waupaca, on two years of probation.

Gunter entered guilty pleas to felony identity theft and felony bail jumping.

Charges of theft, credit card fraud and driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent were dismissed but read into the record.

Conditions of probation include that Gunter pay $1,892 in court costs and restitution.

• Nielsen revoked probation for Damien R. Fette, 21, New London, and sentenced him to one year in jail with 136 days credit.

Fette was convicted last year of possession of narcotics.

• Nielsen imposed and stayed 18 months in prison and placed Christopher C. Armstrong, 33, Redgranite, on three years of probation.

Armstrong entered guilty pleas to charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and felony bail jumping.

Charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, fleeing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping were dismissed and read into the record as part of a plea agreement.

Armstrong is currently serving a nine-month jail sentence in Waushara County, where he was convicted of possession of marijuana with intent and bail jumping.
