July 22 – A Marion woman on Spaulding Road requested a welfare check on a woman laying half off the roadway. She said she was waiting for a ride. Her shoes were off. The caller suspected the woman was under the influence of something.
July 22 – An Ogdensburg man reported he received a call from his ex-girlfriend. She was drinking and towards the end of the call, she stopped responding.
July 22 – A female caller reported a suspicious utility truck parked in the driveway for 30 minutes. A man was walking up to cottages. The caller thought this was suspicious because it was 2:30 a.m.
July 23 – A Manawa caller on State Road 22-110 reported someone illegally dumped a car bumper and tires in his driveway.
July 23 – An Amherst Junction caller reported a suicidal woman showed up at church. She was turned in to a woman’s care clinic. She was wearing all black and carrying a baseball bat.
July 23 – A female caller reported her Mac Book was hacked. She gave the hackers $17,000 through a Bit Coin machine in Appleton.
July 23 – A Waupaca caller on Main Street reported a man pointed a gun at his uncle and demanded to know where he was at.

July 23 – A Clintonville man on Lakeshore Road reported he resealed his driveway and placed two buckets with a rope stretched across as a barrier. The buckets were moved and someone drove on the drying resealed driveway.

July 24 – A Manawa woman on Howard Street reported a female was having a breakdown and attacking her fiancé.

July 26 – An unknown caller reported a wake boat and people surfing behind it. The towns of Farmington and Dayton recently passed an ordinance prohibiting the operation of this type of boats.
July 26 – A male caller reported he gave $520 via debit cards in a scam.
July 26 – An Amazon delivery driver reported hitting a utility line that connects a house to a power line.
July 26 – Dollar General in Embarrass reported a man inappropriately touch an employee that is a minor.
July 26 – A Marion man on Fifth Street reported his parents have been hearing voices coming from their barn. Over the past few days, gates were left open and horses and cattle were roaming free.

July 28 – A Waupaca caller on Pine Lane reported a male was trying to force a woman into a red minivan.
July 28 – Indian Crossing Casino reported an intoxicated male was refusing to leave.
July 28 – A Bear Creek caller on Silver Creek Road reported that while he was away, someone left a container of nitric or phosphoric acid on his property.
July 28 – Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance in finding a female driver in a blue Ford Explorer with Minnesota plates. She kicked her husband out of the vehicle and tried to run him over.
July 28 – A Waupaca caller on Birchwood Drive reported his ex-wife keeps driving by his house and violating her probation.
July 28 – A Waupaca caller on Otter Drive reported that her son was threatening to kill himself. He was asking for his guns and a rope to hang himself.
There was a below average amount of deer-auto collisions during this period. Ten controlled burns were called in. The water patrol stopped 16 boats. A caller on Rural Road found an injured hawk. A Fed Ex driver reported being bitten by a dog.
