• Sept. 23- The town of Dayton reported receiving a letter about a dog that charged and nipped at a pedestrian. The dog owner’s address was provided. They also noted another letter about a dog that attacked a neighbor’s dog.

• Sept. 23 – A caller reported a discarded TV in the ditch along City Yard Road west of County Trunk B in Manawa.

• Sept. 23 – Eastside Mobil in Waupaca reported a gas drive-off valued at $70.

• Sept. 23 – ThedaCare requested a welfare check on a man with an abscess and infection that did not show up for an appointment.

• Sept. 23 – A Clintonville woman on 14th Street reported a driver pulled into Dollar General and went inside leaving the keys in the car and children inside.

• Sept. 23 – ThedaCare Waupaca reported a woman checked herself into the emergency room. She said she has nowhere to go, no money, there is a restraining order against her from the only person she could stay with and she also was out of her medication.

• Sept. 23 – A Waupaca woman on Whispering Pines Road reported a suspicious man wearing dark clothes was walking toward her property.

• Sept. 23 – A Waupaca woman on Wilderness Drive reported a tall skinny man with a ponytail confronted some children about toilet papering some properties.

• Sept. 23 – A caller reported a suspicious vehicle that was unoccupied and remarked it was probably a “TP artist.”

• Sept. 23 – A Waupaca woman on Royalton Street reported a female was refusing to give the caller her car keys.

• Sept. 23 –A Weyauwega woman reported a suspicious man in her yard with a flashlight.

• Sept. 24 – A New London woman on Bean City Road reported a man matched with her on Bumble, a dating app. He was now sending her mean messages.

• Sept. 24 – A Waupaca woman on Julie Lane reported three penises were spray painted on her driveway. Her house was also toilet papered. She said she was OK with the toilet paper but not the artwork.

• Sept. 24 – A Weyauwega woman on Kurth Drive requested an ambulance as she was stuck in her wheelchair.

• Sept. 24 – Rawhide Youth Services reported a juvenile runaway.

• Sept. 24 – A Waupaca woman on River Street requested an ambulance for a 79-year-old man who fell down in a garden and could not get back up.

• Sept. 24 – A female caller reported her one-year-old son came home from a visit with his father and had a bleeding diaper rash. She said it happened before.

• Sept. 24 –A Weyauwega man on Lake Street reported his door knob was damaged in a suspicious way. It appeared there was no entry.

• Sept. 24 – A New London caller on Jennings Road reported her mailbox was damaged.

• Sept. 24 – A New London man on Broken Branch Lane reported hearing what sounded like 12 shots from a handgun.

• Sept. 24 – Rawhide Youth Services reported three youths were fighting.

• Sept. 24 – The Waupaca County Highway Department reported a man on a bicycle lying down in the side of the road.

• Sept. 25 – A Plainfield, Illinois, woman reported receiving threatening messages from her ex who might be schizophrenic and bipolar. He sent nude pictures of her to other people and described how he was going to kill some people.

• Sept. 25 –A Waupaca caller on Akron Avenue reported an elderly couple took in a man who would not let the wife out of the house. He kept her in the house for three days.

• Sept. 25 – A female caller reported her credit card number was stolen and used to purchase a package. She provided the address the package was being delivered to.

• Sept. 25 – An Iola caller on Carper Road reported a man in a black truck stole his gate.

• Sept. 25 – A Marion woman on Hidde Road reported she was being harassed online by her niece.

• Sept. 25 – The Big Falls Post Office reported a juvenile problem.

• Sept. 25 – A 911 caller requested an ambulance for a 65-year-old man on Lind Center who had fallen and was bleeding.

• Sept. 25 – A Waupaca woman on McAllister Road was heard on a call telling a man to give her the keys so she can leave.

• Sept. 25 – ACR Repo provided the license plate number of a vehicle they would repossess.

• Sept. 25 –A New London caller on County Trunk B reported teenagers drove past her house, toilet papered the house and left dead animal carcasses. There were four in the car and two on foot wearing masks.

• Sept. 25 – The Manawa School District reported receiving an email from a juvenile that said while they were out toilet papering, a person emerged from a residence with a firearm.

• Sept. 26 – A Weyauwega man on Military Road reported his Social Security number and other personal information were compromised.

• Sept. 26 – A Waupaca woman on Dayton Road reported her house was toilet papered four nights in a row. She requested extra police patrols.

• Sept. 26 – A Waupaca woman on Draeger Road reported a vehicle struck her mailbox.

• Sept. 26 – A flagger from American Asphalt reported a black Chevy sedan tried to get around all the traffic and the flagger. The driver was told to get back in line and the driver cussed the flagger.

• Sept. 26 – WE Energies requested to speak with an officer about a subject who was stealing gas.

• Sept. 26 – An Waupaca woman on Raymond Drive stated she wanted to file a complaint about her neighbors giving false reports about her dogs.

• Sept. 26 – A female caller reported a man who was in possession of marijuana.

• Sept. 26 – A Weyauwega man on U.S. Highway 10 reported his roommate takes his tools and doesn’t return them.

• Sept. 26 – An Iola woman on State Highway 49 reported receiving threatening text messages from a man.

• Sept. 26 – A Waupaca man on Dayton Road reported his brother was acting out of the ordinary.

• Sept. 26 – A Waupaca man on Fulton Street reported a woman drowned in the tub. He said he thought she was upstairs sleeping. She was still in the tub and rigor had set in.
• Sept. 26 – An Iola man on County Trunk j reported a woman fell and injured her head.

• Sept. 26 – Rawhide Youth Services reported a youth assaulted a staff member.

• Sept. 26 – An anonymous caller provided a tip that a man out on a misdemeanor bond was drinking and provided the man’s location.

• Sept. 27 – A Waupaca caller on Ebbe Lake Road reported getting a message from a man that stated: “Not in the best of mind. Can’t take this anymore.”

• Sept. 27 – A Waupaca caller on Dayton Road reported a man sent a Facebook message to his wife that stated: “They have been watching you for years. You will the deadline to take my life. You will burn in hell while I sip my tea.” The caller believed this man to be a maniac.

• Sept. 28 – A Waupaca caller on Butts Drive reported a man shook him around and the caller wanting to file a trespassing complaint.

• Sept. 28 – A Weyauwega man on White Lake Road reported a man threatened homeowners with a knife and slashed their tires.

• Sept. 28 – A Clintonville caller on State Highway 54 reported the gas cap was off his four wheeler and other gas cans.

• Sept. 29 – An unknown caller reported that a woman stole his vehicle title and would not give it back. The woman hit him with a door and her boyfriend threatened to run him with a vehicle.

•Sept. 29 – A Waupaca caller in Westgate Acres reported two men were outside and knocking on her son’s window.

• There were five deer-related calls during this period. Nine controlled burns were called in. An Amazon delivery driver delivered a package to a front door and a large “mastiff-type dog” charged her and pinned her to the porch. A caller reported an injured hawk near the road. Thedacare reported a woman was bitten by her cat. Two horses were reported loose in the roadway.
