WAUPACA – The city band concerts will move from upper South Park to the city square in July. The next performances (all are on Fridays starting at 7 p.m.) are July 3, 10, 17 and 25. A concert is tentatively scheduled for July 31. Attendees should bring a lawn chair. The rain location is at the Waupaca Middle School.
