Fire at Chef Chu's

On Wednesday, May 20 at around 9 a.m., Waupaca firefighters responded to a fire at Chef Chu's Chinese Cuisine at N2834 County Trunk QQ in King. It appears the fire started in the roof. Nobody was inside the restaurant at the time. The restaurant opens at 11 a.m. Firefighters successfully put out the fire and firefighters from Weyauwega and Amherst arrived on the scene to help.
