New London Bulldogs knock off Shawano to win fourth straight

Posted

A balanced scoring effort by the New London Bulldogs led to a commanding 85–47 victory on Jan. 13, as they controlled the game from start to finish over Shawano.

The Bulldogs connected on 63.8 percent of its field goals, and knocked down 10 of 15 attempts from beyond the arc. That efficiency stretched the defense early and opened the floor for consistent scoring inside and out.

Joseph Daly led all scorers with 23 points, adding 10 rebounds for a double-double while shooting 60 percent from the field. Ryan Dalhoe and Parker Heise each contributed 19 points.

Defensively, the Bulldogs limited Shawano to just 37.0 percent shooting from the field and 29.0 percent from three-point range. They also forced 16 turnovers and turned those mistakes into transition opportunities, preventing any sustained comeback runs as the Bulldogs won their fourth consecutive game.
