MANAWA-Manawa improved their record to 2-5 with a win over Clintonville, dropping the Truckers to 0-7 this season.

This was Manawa’s second win of the season and their highest-scoring game so far with 41 points.

The Truckers also had their best scoring output of the season, albeit only scoring eight points, and it was their first non-shutout loss since the second week of the season.

Iola-Scandinavia 0

IOLA-The Thunderbirds fell to 2-5 as they lost to a top-ranked Edgar team at home.

Edgar accumulated 451 yards of total offense, 406 yards coming on the ground, along with eight rushing touchdowns.

The Thunderbirds totaled only 68 total yards of offense.

Fond du Lac 35,
Hortonville 13

FOND DU LAC-The Hortonville Polar Bears are 0-7 after a loss on the road to Fond Du Lac.

Hortonville amassed 102 yards on the ground, but Fond du Lac outgained them, rushing for 293 yards and three touchdowns.

Fox Valley Lutheran 21,

New London 0

APPLETON-New London dropped to 1-6 as they lost on the road to Fox Valley Lutheran.

The Bulldogs were outscored 21-0 in the first half, and it was all that FVL needed to close the door on New London.

Winneconne 56,
Waupaca 0

WAUPACA- Winneconne dominated Waupaca early as the Comets went to 1-6 at home.

The undefeated Winneconne Wolves were led by University of Iowa commit Brody Schaffer, who accounted for two passing touchdowns, three rushing touchdowns, returning the opening kickoff 93 yards for a touchdown, and an interception on defense.
