Roofing company announces new ownership

MANAWA — NCW Exteriors, a local business for over 27 years, has officially transitioned to new ownership. Naomi Sawyer and her husband, Eduardo — a second-generation roofer — have acquired the company from semi-retiring founder Rolland Young Jr.
The transition ensures that the company’s service will continue uninterrupted. Under the new leadership, NCW Exteriors will retain its entire skilled team of local roofers and staff, maintaining the exact standards that built its reputation. Customers can expect the same reliable warranties, premium materials, and dedicated service they have trusted for generations.
The new management plans to blend this deep-rooted tradition with modern technology upgrades, including digital measurements, streamlined online scheduling, and expanded roofing and exterior options.
“Taking the reins of a company with 27 years of local history is an incredible honor and a major responsibility,” said Naomi Sawyer. “Our mission is simple: protect the legacy that Rolland built while investing in tools that make our customer experience even faster, smoother, and more transparent. We are here to stay, and we are ready to serve this community for the next 30 years.”
