Timothy Joesph Thyne of Marinette, 70, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the Luther Manor in Marinette, Wisconsin. He was born on January 24, 1955 to the late Durlin Thyne and Cecelia (Bomber) Thyne in Marinette. Tim graduated from Marinette Catholic Central High School and went on to earn an Associate Degree in Print Technology from the Technical College. Tim used his printing skills at various private institutions throughout the Milwaukee area.
Tim’s hobbies were hunting, fishing and enjoyed walking and listening to music. He also enjoyed following his favorite sports teams, the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers to name a few. He also loved to tell jokes; some were better than others! Tim enjoyed spending time with his close family and cousins.
Tim is survived by his brothers, Dale (Karen)Thyne, Gary Thyne, John (Mary) Thyne and Stephen (Christine) Thyne and sisters Ruth (Tom) Hansen, Kathy (Roy) Charles and Patricia (Stephen) Westcott and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents; Durlin and Cecelia (Bomber) Thyne, sister; Mary (Thyne) Harrer; brothers; Charles Thyne and James Thyne; sister-in-law: Darlene (Krah) Thyne and nephew Richard Thyne.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Bristol Hospice (Andi) and Jayden and Cassandra at the Luther Manor for their special care and attention to Tim.
Visitation for Tim will take place on Saturday October 11, 2025, at Cadieu Funeral Home beginning at 11:00 am until time of service at 12:30 pm with Father Jamie Ziminski officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery. Cadieu Funeral Home is assisting the Thyne family with arrangements.
