Manawa summer rec softball teams traveled to Bowler Wednesday, June 16, and came home with two wins. The girls picked up a win and a loss at Marion Monday, June 21.
The Iola-Scandinavia Thunderbird swim team continued its winning ways Saturday by topping Marathon and Medford at the Iola-Scandinavia Community Fitness & Aquatic Center.
Shiocton scored a run in the top of the 1st inning, the Diamond Cats scored two in the bottom of the first to take the lead, added two runs in the third, five runs in the fifth and one more in the sixth inning on Thursday, June 23.
