SPASH added another conference win on the road against Wisconsin Rapids on Oct. 2 in three sets.
In the first set, the Panthers got up 14-7 as Wisconsin Rapids would get back into the contest, but SPASH would close the door, winning the first set 25-18.
In the second set, SPASH was dominant as they got off to a 19-4 lead. The Panthers closed out the second set 25-9.
Katie Kornowski on the win, “It feels really good, we’ve been doing really well in conference so far, we made it our goal to win conference this year because we haven’t done that this year, and it feels good to be at the top of the conference.”
In the third set, SPASH took a 19-9 lead. SPASH would close out the set 25-12 and finish the match with a three-set sweep.
